I accept all purchases by credit card, debit card or bank account via PayPal through this website. Paypal is the global leader in online payments, and is a safe, secure way to purchase items over the internet.
Shipping
All orders will be mailed using Royal Mail Second Class signed for delivery (3-5 days delivery timings). All orders will be shipped once the artwork has been created - typical lead time 5-7 days. An email confirmation will be sent when your order has been shipped. If you require an item urgently please email miriamstirlingillustration@gmail.com
Postage and Packing Rates
Postage and packing rates are dependent upon the size, weight and destination of the order. Prices start from £5 for UK orders. Postage and packing totals will be calculated at the checkout.
Returns Policy
In the unlikely event that goods are lost or damaged in transit please contact miriamstirlingillustration@gmail.com to arrange a refund or exchange.
If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order please notify me within 7 days of the delivery confirmation of your order. I will repay you the value of the goods (excluding delivery costs) within 7 days from receipt of the returned goods without any further charge to you except the direct cost of returning the goods.
Before returning an item please email me outlining why you are returning the goods. All returned items will need to be unused and in resale mint condition to be eligible for a full refund.
